Rock pool iii

These are original linocut prints of rock pools, in a limited edition of just 10.
The idea for these prints took seed on a blustery walk along the beach at Alnmouth, Northumberland, when I spent a lot of time exploring the rock pools at low tide, taking photographs and collecting seaweed. I cut 2 lino blocks, one of seaweed and a second of shells, and printed them in ochre and brown respectively. Each original print then has a curl of seaweed hand painted in navy blue acrylic paint over the top. The addition of the painted element means that each print is different - I have included photographs of several of them here, so that you can see how they vary.

Each print is named, numbered and signed by myself. Although the prints are sold unmounted, for the photographs, I have used a 16x12” frame.

Delivery to all UK addresses is free. Prints are sold unmounted and are packaged in card-backed envelopes. Cards and prints are sent using Royal Mail, first class delivery. For packages needed urgently, or being sent abroad, please contact me directly before placing your order for postage options.
Orders will be processed within 5 days of receipt, although I do aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
